Bear & Cub Cakes

When cakes are being collected from us, we advise customers to keep cakes on a flat surface in the car, the boot is ideal if possible. In some instances when cakes are being kept in footwell, we advise not to have the heating on in the car as this will soften buttercream.

Bear and Cub Cakes are unable to accept liability for any damage once the cakes have been either collected or delivered. With collections, full responsibility of the cake in transportation is with the customer. Bear and Cub Cakes will not be responsible for any damage to the cake after it has been collected.

We take photographs of our products before they leave to confirm our bakes are up to our satisfaction.

If for any reason (hopefully this will NEVER happen) you are dissatisfied with your cake, we must be informed in writing within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

The cake would also need to be returned to us within 48 hours to so we can investigate further.

No refunds will be given after 24 hours from collection or delivery of the cake.
